I ordered this dress custom and ended up never wearing it. Cap sleeved, tea length dress with top made of ivory satin and tulle skirt. NAVY sash at waist (included photo with grey sash as this is the stock photo the seamstress uses, so you can see what it looks like on). Handmade with great quality fabrics and sewing. Never been worn, no damage or wear to the item, brand new. Since this was handmade by a seamstress, there is no designer or tags.
